Some are very simple and are obvious; other ones may have never crossed your mind. The important part is that somewhere along the process you do end up learning them all.
When you are working on your nutrition plan, these few secrets will help you stay motivated throughout the process. Like all activities you need to make sure that you dont lose your drive to get to your goal, and a couple of these secrets will definitely keep you motivated, especially when you can eat what you want.
1. Doing dieting diets does not mean that you have to starve yourself or eat less. Instead, you should eat more, but just in smaller portions. For example, if you eat 2 or 3 meals a day, your body goes through spikes and lows with nutrition. Instead you should eat 5 or 6 smaller meals a day. Since your body is constantly getting nutrition, your energy and nutrient levels never have a change to dip.
